WEDDING DRESS

This wedding was one of the most luxurious in my practice as a wedding photographer.

I took this photo in Odessa. A beautiful bride, a gorgeous dress with a rich train, a presentable house with a three-story chandelier. In such conditions, even with your eyes closed, you can take beautiful photos. However, the story of how this shot was created was a little unusual.
At this wedding, I worked in tandem with a second photographer. After a walk, the newlyweds and I returned to their home. We all had a quiet lunch together. Then the bride said that she was a little tired.

A wedding is done for yourself, not for racing, and on such a day everything should bring joy and pleasure. She took off her gorgeous dress and went to take a nap for half an hour. It's perfect! I have never seen such a reasonable approach to your holiday, either before or after. I think the husband is very lucky with his wife.

Half an hour later, the bride put her dress back on and we just as calmly and without haste did a short photo shoot in the interiors of their house. During the shoot, I noticed a Canon 17-40 f/4 lens on another photographer's camera. I suggested swapping. I put on the 17-40. I straightened out the already not small train of the bride's dress.

I lay down on the floor and tried to take a few shots from a low angle so that due to the angle, the train of the dress in the photo seemed simply enormous. And I think I did a pretty good job.
Coloring the photo in Photoshop added nobility to the entire wedding composition and gave a luminous mood to the entire photo. Pink dreams and all that...

It was a beautiful wedding. Girls, do weddings for yourself. It is always beautiful, no matter the budget, believe me. I have photographed more than 900 weddings, I know. :)
