I was shooting at the Melia Hotel on Phu Quoc for the first time.
Despite the fact that my clients are usually not timid, no one had ever stayed there. What a coincidence. There are about 500 hotels on Phu Quoc. I have definitely shot at all 5* hotels many times, but this time it just didn’t work out. In fact, the hotel turned out to be beautiful and well-kept. The staff, as befits a hotel of this class, is friendly. But also a bit dumb.
We helped them make a fire on the beach. These handsome guys stacked firewood, put a sheet of A4 paper on top, lit it and waited for the firewood to flare up, then a new sheet, etc. We had to tell them a big secret: the paper should be placed under the firewood, not on it. :) So, a couple of photos of us, tirelessly, with cameras in them, photographing beauty in such beauty.
There was no sun, so Misha acted as a luminary. And Vika made sure that beauty was beautiful. In the photo is the personal villa of the hotel owner. :)
When we finished and the golf cart was taking us to the reception, which is located on the mountain itself, I took this shot of the local sunset.
Having paid $1200 per night at the Four Seasons, you can enjoy this sunset or watch it for free on my website. :)
Have a nice holiday everyone.
That's it for today. I hope you enjoyed the $1,200 outlook.
A new chapter in life deserves a new portrait, let’s plan it.
