Retouching a face in Photoshop is never just about removing imperfections — it’s about revealing the natural beauty hidden in every detail. Working with portraits, I’ve learned that true artistry lies in keeping skin tones alive, eyes expressive, and emotions untouched.
The process requires patience and precision, but the reward is an image that feels timeless. Whether it’s a studio session or a portrait bathed in the golden light of Phu Quoc, thoughtful retouching can turn a simple photo into a work of art.
One of the few portraits I took with a Canon 5D Mark 3. And especially in a studio. It's unlikely that this will ever happen again. It took me about 6 hours to process this photo.
In retouching this photo I did not use any noise or other similar "dirty stuff". Only natural and environmentally friendly products. Everything is native and real. ))) Fine, almost invisible glitter dust was in the cosmetics that the makeup artist used.
This almost imperceptible moment gives the skin additional shine and glow.

Every photograph deserves the care that transforms it from a simple capture into a lasting memory. Professional retouching is not about changing reality but about enhancing it — letting emotions, atmosphere, and natural charm shine through.
If you are planning a wedding, portrait, or individual photoshoot on Phu Quoc, I’ll be glad to combine careful editing with the island’s tropical light to create images that feel both authentic and unforgettable.
