Well-known wedding photographer Eduard Stelmakh encourages newlyweds to be brave, not be afraid to experiment, and break stereotypes.
“Why repeat thousands of wedding photos that everyone already has? Let’s make something that will be 100% different from your friends’ wedding albums,” says the photographer.
He suggested that his clients forget about boring wedding poses near monuments and do something unusual instead, and they agreed. In his photos, newlyweds shoot and kidnap each other, tear pillows apart, rob museums, listen to fairy tales, pose in boats, in the desert, on rocks and on rooftops. Some brides are even ready to ruin their expensive wedding dresses for the sake of unusual photographs.

Wedding planners say that the style of a wedding often depends on what people are interested in in everyday life. If newlyweds love traveling or extreme sports, they are unlikely to agree to a traditional wedding that they consider boring.
Still, even the most adventurous Ukrainian newlyweds are far behind couples in the United States, Western Europe and Japan. There, wedding ceremonies are held not only in the sky and on the ground, but also underwater and even in space. Who knows, maybe one day such traditions will come to us too.
