Coming from my home base on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, I had the pleasure of traveling to Kazakhstan to hold a master class in the beautiful city of Almaty. It was an inspiring experience — meeting talented local photographers, sharing knowledge, and exchanging ideas against the backdrop of this vibrant city.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming: friendly photographers, breathtaking mountain views, delicious cuisine, and flawless organization by the hosts made this trip unforgettable.
The master class was organized by the wonderful team of the Wedding Planning Center. Thanks to Denis and Zhanna, we had the chance to visit Medeo, enjoy traditional dishes in restaurants high in the mountains, and experience the incredible spirit of Almaty. Except for flying in planes, I had never been so high above the ground — and it was simply amazing.
Two days flew by like a frame with an exposure of 1/8000.

I truly enjoyed every moment in Kazakhstan — the people, the places, the creativity, and the energy. But now I am returning home to Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, where I continue to create photography for couples, individuals, and weddings.
